The place was fabulous, fairly clean, had fantastic staff and amenities. Everything was simply very clean.

I stayed at Chillax Resort - Sha Extra Plus for 2 nights during my visit to Bangkok. The deluxe room with a massage spa tub was a great deal for $120. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, offering us drinks and a wet cloth upon arrival. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to Khao San Road and surrounded by shops and restaurants. Despite being close to the hustle and bustle, the hotel was surprisingly quiet. The whirlpool was nice, the bed was comfortable, and the room service and food were tasty. a great experience.

The hotel's location is perfect, down a pleasant little street but right near buzzy Khao San Road. It is super close to everything but still has the feeling of being a little secluded. The rooms are comfortable with a great whirlpool in the bathroom. The staff is friendly and helpful, allowing early check-in and requesting a deposit. Breakfast offers a good selection of local and continental dishes.

One downside is that the walls are quite thin, so you can hear your neighbors and the air conditioning can be loud.

I had a great time at this place! The location was fantastic, right in the center of all the great locations. The hotel was tucked away in a small street, away from all the noise, which made it the perfect retreat. The service and housekeeping were excellent, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Upon check-out, they even arranged a paid airport shuttle for me. The room amenities were top-notch, with a cozy sitting area, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The highlight of my stay was definitely the outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, where I could relax and soak up the sun. this hotel provided great value for money.

During our stay at Chillax Resort - Sha Extra Plus, we were impressed with the lovely room and its spaciousness. The spa bath added a touch of luxury, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel's location was ideal, with plenty of nearby bars and restaurants. Plus, it was only a short 10-minute walk to the bustling Khao San Road. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again.

The jacuzzi bath in our room was so relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. Despite a small misunderstanding, the staff quickly resolved the issue and were very accommodating.

Best aspects of our Christmas stay at this hotel were the modern and luxurious design, just like in the pictures, and the friendly and helpful staff who were always on hand to assist us. The hotel's close proximity to all amenities and key locations in the city made it very convenient for us to explore and enjoy our holiday. we loved the beautiful rooftop pool with a relaxing atmosphere to unwind and soak up the sun.

Worst aspects of our stay included the small size of the room, especially when accommodating more than two people. The lack of space made it a tight squeeze for our group, even though we were supposedly upgraded to a superior room.

The hotel has a great location, close to all the best sights, allowing us to easily explore all the tourist attractions. The room was comfortable and had a whirlpool, which was a nice bonus. The staff were super nice and the breakfast was delicious. The swimming pool was also a highlight and provided a refreshing break from the heat.

The walls were quite thin, so we could hear noise from neighboring rooms, which made it difficult to sleep at times.

The hotel was in a perfect location, as we were able to walk to many main attractions, including temples and the historic center. We loved staying here! The location was perfect as it was in the heart of the city center and allowed us to easily explore all the great locations we wanted to see. The service was exceptional - the staff were always polite and helpful with excellent housekeeping. The airport shuttle service made our journey easy and convenient. Our room had all the required amenities including air conditioning, mini-bar, balcony, rollaway beds, in-room safe. The elegant restaurant and bar/lounge area provided delicious meals during our stay. Moreover, the staff during check-out were friendly and professional.

Highly recommend this venue to anyone who is looking to have an unforgettable stay!
